Take small bowl and grace it with oil Pour the batter in to bowls. Boil litte water in to bigger vessel Insert a midium size bowl in to hot watter and cover it with plate. Place all the batter bowls on the plate and cover it with lid. Let it be cooked for 10 to 15 min on low flame. Check with the knifes if its properly cooked Once cooked cool it down & removed it out of bowl & cut the idli into pieces. Heat the pan & add some oil for tadka – add Mustard seeds, Dry red chilies & Curry Leaves – add idli pieces and fry it with tadka masala properly Delicious Tadka Idli Ready
